At Satra Ayurved, we strive to deliver your herbal wellness products in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. Please read the following details about our shipping and delivery practices.


1. Transit Time

We use trusted logistics partners such as DELHIVERY, ECOM EXPRESS, XPRESSBEES, EKART, and others for domestic shipping across India.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10 to 12 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delays: Delivery may take longer due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, health pandemics, strikes, lockdowns, or other government-imposed restrictions.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Festival Period: During peak times like festivals or national holidays, processing might take up to 7 additional days.

  • Notifications: You will receive tracking details via your registered email and/or SMS once the order is dispatched.

Working Hours: Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday, following standard business hours (IST). We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. We aim to minimize delays during such closures.


3. Address or Phone Number Update

We allow changes to shipping details only before dispatch:

  • Address or Phone Number Change: You may request a change in delivery address or phone number before your order is shipped.

  • Once the order leaves our facility, no changes can be made to the delivery address or contact number.
