Cancellation and Refund Policy – Satra Ayurved
At Satra Ayurved, we value your trust and satisfaction. As we deal in Ayurvedic medicines and wellness supplements, which fall under non-returnable health categories, we follow a clear and transparent Cancellation and Refund Policy.
1. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please ensure the following:
Cancellation Before Shipment:
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before they are shipped.
Email us at support@satraayurved.com with your Order ID and contact number.Important Note:
Once the shipping label has been generated or the parcel is marked as ready for pickup, no cancellations will be accepted.
Cancellation requests via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram DMs, or phone calls will not be considered.
2. Refund Timeline
If your order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
For payments made via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking, refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 24–48 business hours of confirmation.
Your bank may take 5–10 business days to reflect the amount in your account. We will share a Refund ID or Transaction Reference upon processing.
Note: Satra Ayurved is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment gateway. You may contact your issuing bank for updates using the Refund ID.
3. Return to Origin (RTO) & Non-Deliveries
No refunds will be issued if the customer (consignee) is unavailable at the time of delivery and the package is returned (RTO).
In such cases, no adjustments or reshipments will be done. A new order must be placed if the product is still required.
Satra Ayurved reserves the right to adjust or forfeit any amount at its sole discretion in RTO-related cases.
4. Damaged Product or Manufacturing Defect
As we deal in non-returnable products, replacements/refunds are only applicable in cases of product damage or defects that impact usability.
To request a replacement/refund:
Email us at support@satraayurved.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Subject line: “Replacement Request – Order #[Your Order ID]”.
Include:
A photo of the product showing the damage/defect.
An image of the invoice inside the package.
Your registered mobile number.
We may reach out to verify the issue. If verified, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund based on the situation.
Note: Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
5. Product Doesn’t Suit You / Allergy Issues
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines and health supplements:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as:
Product not suiting the customer
Allergic reactions
Change of mind after use
Please consult your healthcare provider before using any of our products, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking other medications.
Policy Acceptance
By placing an order on satraayurved.com, you agree to abide by the terms mentioned in this policy. We reserve the right to update or revise this policy at any time without prior notice.
